Nielsen resigns from MacGregor

The president of Cargotec's MacGregor crane division, Eric Nielsen has resigned with immediate effect for personal reasons.

Cargotec chief executive Mika Vehviläinen will take over his role until a successor is found. Nielsen joined Cargotec last September.

Nielsen's resignation means that the executive board now comprises Vehviläinen, chief financial officer Eeva Sipilä, senior vice president, strategy Mikael Laine, senior vice president, human resources Mikko Pelkonen, Kalmar president Olli Isotalo and Hiab president Roland Sundén. Outi Aaltonen- general counsel acts as secretary.
